Mandata Contracts have combined two of their core services; transport and storage to provide a combined service which form important links in the supply chain management (distribution) process known as Warehouse and Delivery.

In layman’s terms companies who supply products to consumers, retailers or wholesalers can trust Mandata Contracts to be their warehouse and delivery (storage & transport) partner.

Not only can Mandata accept delivery of the items but we can collect the items on your behalf. The customer only needs to let us know when the goods arrive at the UK port (air or sea) or are ready for collection from the printer, manufacturer, supplier and/or freight forwarder and we will collect them on your behalf.

All consignments will be checked against your order in accordance with your instructions and signed for prior to being stored in the warehouse.

Then, as and when your customers place orders we remove them (pick and pack) from safe storage, carefully place them on one of our vehicles and deliver the items directly to your customer. There is also no need to worry about the delivery schedule as we take care of that too. We understand the logistics of delivering items to business and residential customers alike. We ensure that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible and this includes liaising with the end customer and double checking the delivery address, time of day they will be in, the correct date and person who must sign for the items are all correct and agreed so that all parties are happy. next>>
