Mandata's own nationwide transport network provides a retrieval service to your premises anywhere in the UK, to your Reception or even to the desk of the person who needs it. In a nutshell - your documents from store to door.

From your specific request, we will retrieve by box, file or document, always maintaining an audit trail.

Mandata's standard service is delivery on the next working day, although urgent requests for immediate delivery are easily satisfied (see Specialist Retrievals). Communication is simple, by email, fax or phone, leading to a trouble-free transfer of your stored information.

Even if your records or inventory are not completely up to date, our experienced team will still be able to help you by physically searching your archive. We will also file returned documents and files when you have finished with them.
